Here's a ballpark idea of what a shoot may cost.
I don't want any number listed here to close a door for you.
Let's have a conversation if you think they might.
15% of each shoot's price will be donated to the Washington Community Alliance - but if you know of an org or an individual doing good work, work that moves you, I'm open to sending that 15% of your shoot their way!
Events - $320 for the first hour, +$20 for every 15 minutes beyond the first hour

Individual portraits - $150 for a one-hour session

Individual portrait sessions include: grad photos, model portfolios, pet shoots, in-home lifestyle shoots, etc.

Family/group portraits - $250 for a one-hour session

Family/group portraits include: 2+ member family portraits, housemate portraits, team portraits, etc.

Individual headshots - $45 for a 15-minute session

Headshot portraits include: LinkedIn profile photos, professional website photos, etc.

Travel reimbursement fees: The location is up to you! And if it's within 1 mile of zip code 98102 in Seattle (think Capitol Hill area), perfect - no fee.
For locations outside of that 1 mile radius, I charge $0.50 per minute travelled, roundtrip. This helps me account for my time and energy whether I'm bussing, taking the ferry, or driving, and attributes value to time spent in traffic.
I will be fair and transparent with you about when I leave and when I arrive, and I will opt for the most efficient method of transportation whenever possible.
I will also not include unforeseen events that might extend travel time (like inclement weather or traffic accidents) in the final travel reimbursement fee.
An example quote: if we're meeting up at a location that takes 30 minutes to drive to (60 minutes roundtrip), the travel reimbursement fee would be $30.00.
